  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
